Purpose of Job
As Performance Marketing Manager EMEA, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the performance of all owned, paid and earned campaign activities across Europe. Devising, pitching and executing digital strategy will be second nature to you.
You’ll advise internal customers how best to achieve their goals using data and citing best practice to justify your recommendations. You’ll partner with colleagues and external suppliers to realize visitor growth and customer conversion objectives, deploying, PAID, SEO, email, social media and content marketing tactics as necessary.
You’ll have a strong grasp of all paid channels and be obsessive about customer journey tracking and landing page optimization using insights from Google Analytics. You must be able and prepared to be operational in adwords, keyword research tools and our CMS but also comfortable managing people and agencies.
This is the perfect role for a digital native that has cut their teeth managing multi-facetted digital marketing campaigns across an international portfolio of brands at a digital marketing agency or client side, wanting to progress their career in an international environment.
Reports directly into the Online Digital Marketing Director and is part of the EMEA Online Marketing. Strong collaboration with the Development Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Brand team and Etail team.
