    Purpose of the Job:

    To ensure company meets and exceeds customer demands and expectations with regards to service levels and total customer satisfaction.

    Posting Qualifications

    Principal Accountabilities and Key Tasks:

    • To provide an efficient and professional service to all customers – internal and external. 
    • To ensure all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with set deadlines. 
    • To handle all telephone calls (internal and external) in a professional, polite and efficient manner. 
    • To manage all administration and documentation in relation to customers calls and queries. 
    • To identify potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve the query offering alternative products or services as applicable. 
    • To work closely with the Acco sales force to ensure a team approach to the management of accounts. 
    • To establish and maintain a good working relationship with other team and department members to ensure best possible service to customers at all times. 
    • To provide cover for other team members during times of absence. 
    • To work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure all targets are met. 
    • Process Administration in line with Co Policy / SOX 
    • To work closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure processes are reviewed, documented and line with European standards. 
    • To develop and maintain effective links with other departments to ensure customer queries are answered efficiently. 
    • To look for, and actively promote any method for increasing sales value. 
    • To maintain company and departmental standards of dress, time keeping and attendance. 
    • Any additional tasks as requested by line management.
    • To ensure compliance with all Company Standards & Regulations with regard to Health, Safety and Environment

     Knowledge & Experience:

    • Proven experience in a Customer Service environment
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to successfully interact with customers, staff and internal partners to problem solve and achieve goals.
    • Team working environment.



    • Excellent communication, organisational, self motivating and planning skills
    • Adaptable to change


    Working Arrangement:

    • Full time position – Monday to Friday
    • 35 hour week, or hours to complete tasks
