Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the IT Director – Solution Delivery & M3 Centre of Excellence, the IT PMO Manager will be joining a newly created Project & Portfolio delivery team supporting IT project managers in the governance and coordination of IT projects, following the ACCO Global IT Project delivery methodology. They will monitor and support in-flow projects within the portfolio, ensuring that the governance, methodology and reporting requirements are met at all time whilst providing visibility and oversight to the IT Leadership Team
The PMO Manager will create and maintain a library of standard templates and reusable project documentation, creating management reporting dashboards and support the IT Director – Solution Delivery in the portfolio planning, resource management and financial budgeting processes
This role will become the regional expert on the ACCO Brands project methodology, providing support and training to the regional project teams as required. The PMO Manager will ensure that regional projects are correctly represented at the global PMO review meetings through accurate status reporting, decision tracking and financial management.
As this role will be supporting the IT Projects across the EMEA region, regular (monthly) travel to ACCO locations is to be expected
